There is no kind of comfort food to me quite like pasta. You could easily find me eating pasta seven days a week if I weren’t so concerned about what it was doing to my vitals internally. 😉
While I enjoy a good pasta full of creamy goodness, I love it even more when my pasta is paired with yummy veggies – giving me just enough incentive to not feel so bad about indulging.
